The SC Working Families Party works to elect candidates who will best deliver for working people in South Carolina.

We can endorse either a Democrat or a Republican; and we choose the one who will be the best advocate for good jobs, good schools, and good government.

The votes our candidates receive on the Working Families Party ballot line and the votes those candidates receive on either the democratic or republican lines then get added together.

This cross-endorsement process is known as “fusion voting“ and it enables the SC Working Families to pursue a pragmatic electoral strategy to advance the issues that matter most to working South Carolinians.
